Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Male Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of assigned areas, ensuring high standards are met. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitizing: Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and other facilities.
- Waste Management: Collect, dispose of, and manage waste and recyclable materials according to company guidelines.
- Supply Management: Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and common areas.
- Equipment Maintenance: Properly use cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.
- Other Duties: Carry out additional cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is a plus.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a thorough approach to tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift objects when required.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
